THE 403 IS OVER, AND THIS ENTRY HAD GONE STALE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO THE USUAL ONE. It recorded that "Peerlist stays out of the comparison table" — written on 2026-08-09, when peerlist.io/launchpad was behind a Cloudflare interstitial. Peerlist has been IN the table since, with six sourced cells, so the register was describing a page that no longer existed while reporting itself unverifiable. Re-fetched 2026-08-17 through ops/qa/compare-gate.mjs --verify, which drives a real browser for exactly this reason: 200, 2,970 chars, and both probes ("weekly launchpad for your projects", "Launch opens every Monday") confirmed against the live page. The four pricing cells stay "Not published" because Peerlist genuinely publishes no figure — that is a finding, not a gap.
